Mediacraft License Agreement & Terms of Use

Effective Date: 19.03.2026

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legally binding contract between you ("Licensee" or "you") and Mediacraft.video ("Licensor," "we," or "us"). By purchasing, downloading, or using any digital asset, video, loop, or projection mapping content ("Asset") from mediacraft.video, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. Grant of License

Upon receipt of full payment, Mediacraft grants you a worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and perpetual (ongoing) royalty-free license to use the purchased Asset in your personal, commercial, and client projects, subject to the restrictions outlined in this Agreement.

2. Permitted Uses

You are permitted to use the Asset in a wide variety of "End Products." An End Product is a finalized, customized project that requires time, effort, and skill to produce, where the Asset is inextricably integrated.

3. Prohibited Uses (Strictly Enforced)

This license is for the use of the Asset within your own End Products. You may not use the Asset in a way that allows others to extract, access, or use the raw file. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

No Resale or Redistribution: You may not sell, resell, rent, lease, sub-license, give away, or otherwise transfer the Asset (or any modified version of the Asset) on its own to any third party.

No Stock Footage Platforms: You may not upload, submit, or distribute the Asset to any stock media clearinghouse, stock footage website, microstock site, or digital asset library (e.g., Shutterstock, Pond5, Envato, Adobe Stock).

No Competitive Resale: You may not repackage, bundle, or resell the Asset in competing markets or storefronts, including but not limited to, other projection mapping digital asset stores, VJ loop stores, or template marketplaces.

No Standalone File Use: You may not distribute the Asset as a raw file or within a template (such as an After Effects template) where the end-user can easily extract the original Mediacraft Asset.

4. Authorship & Zero-AI Guarantee (Bulletproof License)

We stand fully behind the quality and origin of our content. Mediacraft represents and warrants that:

Because we own the intellectual property outright, your license is absolute and "bulletproof"-free from the copyright ambiguities, third-party claims, or legal uncertainties currently associated with AI-generated media.

5. No Return & Refund Policy

Because our products are purely digital and delivered as downloadable files, they cannot be "returned" once accessed. All sales are final.

By completing your purchase and downloading the Asset(s), you acknowledge and agree that we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges under any circumstances. If you experience technical issues with a downloaded file, please contact our support team, and we will gladly provide a replacement file of the purchased Asset.

6. Ownership and Intellectual Property

This Agreement grants you a license to use the Asset; it does not transfer ownership. Mediacraft retains all copyrights, intellectual property rights, and ownership of the original Assets. You may not claim the Asset as your own original artwork, even if you have modified or altered it.

7. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification

Mediacraft shall not be held liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Asset. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Mediacraft against any claims, damages, or legal fees arising from your breach of this Agreement or your unauthorized use of the Asset.

8. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. Mediacraft reserves the right to terminate this Agreement immediately and revoke your license without notice or refund if you breach any of the terms outlined herein (especially the Prohibited Uses). Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the Asset and destroy all copies in your possession.
